Coach Jon Tattersall highlighted something that often gets misunderstood in junior golf: the importance of pushing in the swing. There’s a common belief that as kids develop, they should stop “pushing” off the ground 🤔🏌️♂️ but that’s actually what helps create ground force in the first place. That push is where power begins. When junior golfers learn how to use the ground properly, they build speed, stability, and a more athletic motion overall. It’s not something to take out of their swing 💪👀it’s something to refine. Parents, this is a key piece of long-term development that can make a big difference as they grow in the game ⛳
