We've all had a moment where we try and pick our own England squad, and a lot of these players may have been on the lips of us, but not enough on the lists of Graham Taylor, Terry Venables, Glenn Hoddle, Kevin Keegan, Sven Goran-Erikson, Steve McLaren, Fabio Capello, Roy Hodgson, Big Sam and Gareth Southgate.
