Summer basketball can be a gift… or it can quietly wreck your program.

Ask players:
What are you being asked to do on your summer team?
What are you doing well?
What’s one thing you’re struggling with?
Then give each player:
One strength to sharpen
One weakness to attack
Return Day (every 2 weeks)

Growth Roles
Instead of debating starters in June, assign responsibilities:
voice guy, energy guy, connector, work guy
